Oana-Mărgărita Ghimpețeanu is a Lecturer, DVM, PhD at the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, University of Agronomic Sciences and Veterinary Medicine of Bucharest, Romania. She is an engineer in the field of Food Products Engineering, a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine since 2013.
She has experience in the field of quality and safety of agri-food products, which is materialized in the publication of 3 books, over 80 scientific works, member of 3 research projects and 5 educational projects. She holds membership of EFFOST (European Federation of Food Science & Technology) and ISAH (International Society of Animal Hygiene).
