Valentin Alexandru Duțulescu is a lecturer, DVM, PhD at the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, University of Agronomic Sciences and Veterinary Medicine of Bucharest, Romania. He has didactic and research experience in the field of veterinary internal medicine, focused on bovine pathology, and management and biosecurity of cattle farms.

He is a member of the Romanian Dairy Farm Health Teams, which were created within the collaboration between farmers, veterinarians, advisory services, academics, and industry to disseminate innovative solutions for antibiotic resistance management in livestock production in the DISARM Project.
